The Program Week 3
You get through and complete with perseverance. Perseverance comes from God's strength. So lean into Him when it gets difficult or you feel like skipping a day or giving up.
You're roughly mid way through the program. So persevere. Don't allow the enemy to whisper any lies or distract you at all. Don't allow tiredness to set it. I This journey is WORTH IT.
Monday's focus for bible study is Psalm 119:9-11.
Tuesday's focus for bible study is Psalm 136.
Wednesday's focus for bible study is Daniel 10:1-14.
Thursday's focus for bible study is 1 Corinthians 9:24-27.
Friday's focus for bible study is Matthew 6:24-34.
Saturday's focus for bible study is Matthew 25:31-46.
Sunday's focus is to spend time in God's presence and rest. Reflect on the week.
Don't forget to jump into the exercises that go with each day's bible study time. And attempt the daily challenge. Our goal with this program is to stretch and strengthen.
Again this Monday's exercise is focusing on core, however the goal is now to push for longer than 30 minutes.
Tuesday's focus is on strengthening both your upper and lower body.
Wednesday's focus is on our core through walking. Get moving for at least 30 minutes.
Thursday's focus is on strength, again focusing on both our upper and lower body.
Friday's focus is on cardio. Try something new this day.
To wrap up the week, on Saturday focus on your core. Kristen has a good plan for working out this day.
This week is the push through week. This will be the week that you will be tried and tested so much because your body is finally breaking in this new program and adjusting to recognize the new habits you are building. Don’t cave. Persevere and win your race!
